Usually I try keeping under 500 cal for lunch but went a little crazy today

2 medium potatoes (365g) sliced into wedges, tossed with 8ml Olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and half tbsp vinegar. Air fried for 13 mins at 370F.

3 large eggs + 50g spinach + 113g low fat cottage cheese, scrambled

657 calories, 39P, 24F, 80C

So filling!

    This looks amazing!
    I do something similar to this but add some egg whites to an egg or 2 for a little less calories. I might try adding vinegar to my potatoes and seeing if I like it.
