This might not be the most impressive board, but both the cheese and the charcuterie were homemade (and both first attempts) So I’m ridiculously proud!

This little platter was a little over three weeks in the making. Not only is the charcuterie homemade (duck breast prosciutto,but that log of peppered soft fresh goat’s cheese was also made from scratch! I have never felt so proud of a snack in my life. 😂

(Oh and the fine looking fig, apple and date chutney bottom right? Also my own work)
