I work from home, but I’m so busy lately that I’m just grabbing complete crap to eat because I’m starving – and my pants are tight, dammit.
Luckily for me, I don’t mind eating the same thing every day (my family, not so much – so screw ‘em, they’re on their own lol).
Breakfast bowls (not pretty, but yum!) clock in at 280 calories.
Chicken curry and rice clocks in at 500 calories
The curry is a little more calories than I like to have for lunch, but still an improvement from the garbage I’ve been eating, so it’ll do! Recipes in comment

Breakfast bowls:
3 eggs
300g carton egg whites
100g cottage cheese
5oz Trader Joe’s fire roasted peppers and onions
16oz Isernios chicken sausage
375g russet potatoes, cubed
Salt/pepper
Airfried the potatoes in a spray of avocado oil
Brown up the chicken sausage, set aside
Heat up the frozen peppers and onions in the pan until warmed – set aside with sausage
In a blender, whizz up the eggs, egg whites and cottage cheese.
Scramble the egg mixture, when almost done, add the meat and veggies and mix together
Divide equally
Chicken curry: I like this recipe. (I just omit the cauliflower) https://carlsbadcravings.com/coconut-curry-chicken/
Cook according to recipe, spooned over 75g cooked jasmine rice.
That breakfast bowl sounds yum!
