    Decided to try out this Dim Sum recipe. This recipe was tucked in a Joyce Chen cookbook. I used shrimp instead of pork. This is the first time trying out a dumpling recipe maybe 1/2 cup of ginger is the norm but I’m not a big ginger guy so I used 2 teaspoons of the ginger paste and I feel like that was the sweet spot. The filling was a little “loose” probably because of the shrimp but still manageable. These were excellent and just as good as you would get in one of those fancy Dim Sum restaurants at a fraction of the cost.
