Hello everyone, I am looking for the name of a restaurant that I’ve been to a few years ago, Hope some of the Seoul locals here can help me~
In Oct 2019, I accidentally found a local restaurant near Gyeongbokgung Palace. It’s the area between the Palace and Tosokchon samgyetang. The restaurant is located in a narrow alley and it serves THE BEST seafood pancake and the beef ( I don’t know the beef dish name) I ever had in my life. Both dishes are pictured in the attached photo. Back then, I can’t read korean, thus didn’t take note of the restaurant name. I took a photo of nearby area while queuing, there is a 강ㅌㅗㅇ만두 right across this place.
Can somebody also let me know what is the name of the beef dish in local language?
I will be visiting Seoul again in March and hoping to this restaurant again.

깡통만두 (Kkangtong Mandu)
I just opened Google Maps, went to Gyeongbokgung Palace, searched for the nearest 강ㅌㅗㅇ만두, and clicked on the closest restaurant. The tables, walls, and food all match.
