Keto Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe

    Ingredients

    For the crust

    2 12.5 oz cans of chicken breast in water.

    1 cup of parmesan cheese

    2 eggs

    1 tbsp of Italian season and tsp of garlic powder.

    For sauce and toppings.

    A quarter cup of Any type of low sugar pizza sauce.

    A cup of mozzarella cheese.

    Some pepperonis to your liking

    Mushrooms to your liking

    1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Drain out as much water from the cans of chicken as you can

    3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread out the chicken and shred it with a fork to get smaller pieces.

    4.Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes to help dry out the chicken further.

    5. Add chicken, seasoning, 2 eggs and the cup of parmesan cheese to a mixing bowl and mix to clumpy consistency.

    6. Spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet 1/2 “ thick and make into a circle.

    7. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Toss your makeshift crust into the oven. for 10 minutes.

    8. Remove crust from the oven, flip it top side down to help get a crispier crust.

    9. Apply your sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice.

    10. Place back in the 500-degree oven for around 8 minutes until preferred doneness.
