soooo good. these are from my local japanese market but most markets have dumplings and they are extremely filling and high protein paired with a salad or soup. 20 calories for soy sauce that i forgot to add on myfitnesspal. i also love this brand of dumplings because there’s just shrimp and fish no pork so it’s safe for pescatarians.
