I got it at the grocery store and it’s alright.
Would rather have spice ramen over this.

  2. I have a can in my pantry, haven’t had it yet.

No commercial product intended for mainstream sale is ever extremely hot.

  4. poonchy722

Not ridiculously hot but I wasn’t disappointed – it was much hotter than I expected coming from a mainstream brand. I really enjoyed it!

Umm just so you know this stuff is HOT! It’s that kind of heat that you don’t expect in a vanilla product like this but it is there. I could barely finish it and I like my food spicy. No joke beware.

    For a Campbell’s soup it’s pretty hot

  7. Going to agree with everyone else. Hotter than expected. Good taste. My stomach was not happy afterwards…

  8. Pretty sure they use extract in this. It’s hot but not incredibly overbearing. Does make your stomach upset afterwards as others have mentioned

Agree with everyone else, but what’d with the trend of buying mostly from Amazon? Like I can go to a store 5 minutes away and buy this and other groceries w/o having to wait for a package.

No but feel free to share your results in r/instantramen

One my 3rd can. It’s chicken noodle soup. It burns your throat. You can feel it warm in your stomach.

    I like it.

I didn’t care for it, but I don’t tend to like canned soup anyway. I wanted to see how hot it was because I’d never had a ghost pepper in anything. I naturally handle heat more than most, so I didn’t get much out of it.

Hotter than expected. But not much better than Campbell’s with hot sauce

  14. I just add hot sauce to everything including soup 😂 then you control the heat and flavor.

  15. Pterrordactl

It’s spicy but it tastes of salt and spice only. There are better super market spicy foods out there.

  16. diarrhea *and* and a sodium-induced blood pressure spike?

    where do I sign up

It’s alright , it has heat but it’s a unpleasant heat, like no flavor or enjoyment just a gross kinda heat, and I love spicy things, it’s worth a try to say you did it but it’s gross overall

  18. There is something about canned soup in general that I just can’t get into. The taste and texture just seem off to me. Anyone else have this experience?

  19. FatThor1993

It’s hot. And I eat ghost peppers so I’m not a newbie. Target and Harris teeter and Walmart have it

  20. Busy_Emu_6214

Tastes like chicken noodle soup but is properly spicy.

  21. After-Abroad-2205

Had it, and it wasn’t bad. But wasn’t great either. Just in the middle. Wasn’t hot or flavorful enough for me. I had to add some herbs & spices. Also, thru in some extra hot sauce for good measure. By the time I was done doctoring it up, I should have just made it from scratch.

For coming from a store the heat level is definitely impressive but as everyone says the stomach did not enjoy it hours later. Two violent shits later and I was good

  23. Shoddy_Load_8048

It’s pretty hot. Flavor was just so so… could tell half way through my stomach wasn’t happy so I quit while I was ahead. Won’t buy again

  24. redbirdrising

Was not disappointed with the heat level. If you have a head cold, it’ll clear you right up. Most supermarkets should carry it so you don’t need to Amazon it.

For the record, it’s basically their chicken noodle soup with ghost pepper. It’s not amazing in flavor, it’s just OK, but yeah, the heat packs a punch.
