Made soy yogurt. Just added 322ml of westsoy plain, 1/2 cup Gt’s pure cocoyo as a starter and put in the instant pot on the ‘medium’ yogurt setting for 14 hours. It had set on the top and bottom but was weirdly liquidy in the middle
