Arts look we went over the menus on Wednesday and it’s actually stuff that I’m we’re never there interested in I know but it’d be great like artist table duck and dumpling smoked dust smoked duck breast ricotta dumplings baby vegetables and duck ju and hummingbird cake hummingbird cake I’ve never had it

But it looks D RN says that we all call it farts it’s not just me grilled pork belly grilled marinated steak with caramelized onions and mushrooms like I mean I mean this is already better you got like so if you want the Dave Rand on the whole thing

The issue is is that why can Disney put out menus such as this everything for Festival of the Arts and then completely ignore Food and Wine Festival and not change a thing like yeah everyone comes this time of year anyways for food and wine and we’re not going to give them

Anything good we’re not going to give them anything new oh but there’s gonna be new stuff but it’s really not gonna be that new it’s just gonna be kind of new it’s not but it’s not gonna be grilled pork belly with salsa ver day because that’d be awesome why is that

Not in Mexico why not someone freaking tell me why is there no beef wellington but no we get some we don’t even get we don’t even get we don’t even get lobster rolls anymore we get stupid weird crab things stupid crab things yeah remember it was the crab uh remember crab cake

Hair no that was like my first like food experience with the the festivals yeah if you watch first Festival I was ever at go back and watch that on oh did we record the bugs yeah we like ran away that’s literally the one trip in the

Last well since 2018 she went was it 18 when did she turn 12 2019 says love bugs are only there for a week it’s just bad luck yeah it was that it was it they weren’t there and then all of a sudden it was like

Love going to food and wine that now starts in the middle of July and runs till the end of July of the next year it’s a year long it’s the same thing it’s not but there’s no wine and there’s me food right that’s yeah the last time

We went there was like hardly any wine it was all C and that was not good they’ve always had beer and they’ve always had wine but now they have like beer and cider so it’s like Festival it’s like it’s like the food and cider Festival but they’re not gonna call it

The food was like not really no it wasn’t anything standout right like it wasn’t anything that it was like okay we’re gonna go like okay we were probably in all honesty six sorry I feel like I have a you okay yeah maybe seven items right like even though I talk talk crap on

That um the crab cake it wasn’t terrible it was pretty good it wasn’t the lobster roll that’s the reason that I didn’t really like it but the American Pavilion mad it wasn’t the lobster the American Pavilion we liked like there we got three things there and they were good

And then um then we got uh the the bow bun in Japan was pretty good B bun yep um Tim says they need a beer and Barbecue Festival yeah that sounds like you by be for Dave 100% that be fantastic Food and Spirit we were talking about this today we’re talking

About the trip and it was we go to Animal Kingdom all the time and we only eat at Nomad and I really really do enjoy flame tree barbecue but we don’t go to animal King enough we go once on like a n day or 10 day trip yeah that’s all

IPA so a pineapple flavored IPA so this is this has three beers of Pino Noir so a beer flight and then a red cool that looks okay the Redwood pair with the duck solid not a not a okay moving on stop there unless I really wanted the

Hummingbird cake well I would get I would stop get the cake or the uh the duck um then you have the grilled pork belly with salsa verde broccoli Rob pickled peppers like this Reet cheese right you would like that it looks pretty good I would eat that and then the grilled marinated

Steak with caramelized onions and mushrooms I would pick that bles fondue I would eat both of those they’re pretty solid uh the beverages are interesting with the coffee oldfashioned which I don’t know if I would I mean that’s just an odd take on it but I wonder what that

Throws me but look it’s it’s a if you look it is chocolate tarp vanilla bean and strawberry so Neapolitan right if you look at the drinks it is a strawberry vanilla and milk stout which would be chocolate Okay so the three beers that you can get in the beer

Flight are a strawberry vanilla and chocolate beer which is pretty interesting to me and then you have the espresso Martini which I’m not an espresso a martini fan I like those I do like those brand new be all over it so again I love a martini if we were I’m

Deconstructed pepperoni and cheese sandwiches which we make which is a pile of pepperoni a pile of cheese and then bread yeah we make it all can I have a deconstructed peanut butter and cheese sandwich this this is a thing at the Brandy and Dave household but so they

Have the the deconstructed BLT which is pork belly onion bread pudding Water Crest espuma and tomato jam okay cool I I’ll I’ll try it I’m not super excited about it but the key lime pie I love that key lime kurd key lime moose key lime and then uh

Graham cracker I like ke lime if it has like a strong lime flavor if it’s just like a hint of it I’m not I mean it’s okay G Wilson wants to know if I have the patience to make a beef wellington I probably do yeah he when it comes

Cooking okay yeah so so then they do a non-alcoholic mint Jewel up they do a DE constructed alcoholic mint Jew up and then they just have beer so again th this right here seems good this might be in in my eyes not a my favorite Booth

Yeah I’d be okay with the I mean you’re a keine fan more than I that’s all I would want but like okay The BLT is probably good but okay so you look at the L artista um brento so carneada huge fan give me all the beef that that that you have

Um with queso fresco noal salad um queso fresco foam and chichon dust chichon dust your favorite things what pork rinds CH oh no yeah I’ve really tried to like those and I just I can’t can’t handle it I just can’t get into the pork grind who is this triple

100% right like I don’t want the booth Margarita no I agree and then you got the figment place where you go and you buy the figment popcorn bucket which looks stupid this year have you seen picture pretty cool I mean I’m not a popcorn bucket person this is another

Most movies at that time you would seen Independence Day it was like big Grand the the overall story right then you’ve seen Mars Attacks and whatever like it’s always like a big big story where some ship comes down and you blow it up as the government well this was the first

Time that it was like cornfields in central Pennsylvania which is eastern Pennsylvania with shamalama dingdong but um yeah watched it and then for the entirety of the summer didn’t sleep because I had no one to talk talk to about it like I couldn’t I couldn’t process it and it freaked me out freaked

Me out so much that like I remember laying in bed in your apartment and look because it had those those little thin Windows around the top and there was a tree and I looked up and I was like like I thought there was a dude standing in the window like it wasn’t

And then like kind of disproves it at the end or as much as he can like just talks about the Tells a great story and he has a little fish little you know CGI fish called Heckle fish and there’s always lizard people and it’s just it’s
