A lovely dough to work with! And then my oven broke and I had to finish in the toaster. 😑 Served with a cheese sauce that also broke, but I was still able to drown my sorrows.

I used [this recipe for the pretzels,](https://www.thisjess.com/sourdough-discard-soft-pretzels/) and then [this was the cheese sauce.](https://www.eatingonadime.com/easy-recipe-cheese-sauce-pretzels/) The oven handle coming off was just bad luck, the sauce breaking was because I was having a meltdown and blindly cooking. YOLO.
This was a wild ride from start to finish.
