📝 INGREDIENTS:
500 grams chicken (with bones)
1 cup white rice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic- minced
1 tsp ginger-minced
1 cup mixed vegetable (optional- otherwise sub with veggie of your choice)
1 chicken boullion
4 cups of water
1 tsp of Sumac Powder (optional for tangy/fruity flavor similar to lemons)
2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnishing
salt & pepper to taste
