Navy beans, one of my favorite stews with plenty of pit smoked spiral cut ham, carrots and onion. Even threw the ol’ ham bone in the Crockpot. Gonna be killer!

Just FYI – navy beans will break down rather quickly and get real mushy. Usually you’d want to add them towards the end of something like this.
