Hello Australians and anyone else reading! I’ve loved this delicious tofu to just eat straight from the fridge, but cost of living and vegan tax has had me ergggghhhh. Anyway I think I nailed it! Using the ingredients/instructions In the photo, slice up a block of firm tofu and just smoosh it in there, cook on very low for an hour or two, it’s almost identical, and SO MUCH CHEAPER!

    Seriously going to try making this, I didn’t think of cooking it in the sauce like that. I stockpile the Woolies one when it’s on special and freeze it, the texture doesn’t change much when it’s defrosted (unlike regular tofu).

    Going to attempt to replicate! Amazing!
