Did a dry brine the night before, sprinkled some pork rub in the AM before getting kettle up to temp. I used an SnS kettle at 250. Had some water in kettle for a few hours. Sprayed them down with ACV/ water mix. Ended up cooking for about 5 hours. At the very end I put a honey bourbon mix on them and let it cook on for about 20 minutes. Thoughts?
