In today’s video, I take you along with me to show you what I did to prep for my Grandma’s bday dinner! Whilst I am no certified chef, I love cooking for my friends and family and consider myself to be the ‘to share around’ chef of the family. This dinner’s theme was Greek inspired although a lot of the dishes are the result of fused recipes and dishes.
In the video, I create: persimmon, prosciutto and burrata appetiser; souvlakis with tzatziki; whipped sundried tomato feta dip; honey and herb carrots and crispy potatoes with dressing, tomato and olives.
