Saw a post on here a couple days ago about the [chicken Chile verde pressure cooker recipe](https://www.seriouseats.com/pressure-cooker-fast-and-easy-chicken-chile-verde-recipe) and decided to give it a go! Opted to turn them into tacos. Fried the corn tortilla shells and topped with shredded queso fresco. Spanish rice and refried beans on the side. ‘Twas great 👍
