    Next time I’ll use use 1 lb chix breast to create 4 servings w/ more protein and better macros.

    * Boneless skinless chix thigh
    * Can of artichoke hearts
    * Bag of tortellinni
    * Can of Trader Joe’s Grecian Style Eggplant with Tomatoes & Onions
