I saw that weird grey thing get credited for a NY BoW so I thought I’d share mine from last weekend. Made these for the Bills v Pittsburgh game.
A good BoW should be pink, juicy, dipped in au jus, and enough horseradish to clear your sinuses.

Looks awesome for sure though my stomach doesn’t remember the other one being terribly grey.
I’m from western NY and this looks pretty legit. Did you by chance include some type of horseradish sauce?

They are good, but im not seeing the au jus.
