so this is what was still leftover of the Creamy Dreamy Mushroom Soup after we had our 2 servings. theres still at least 2 more servings left. is it normal for the soups to have alot of ingredients? not complaining, just want to plan my meals around having leftovers so nothing gets wasted 🙂

Veggie meals tend to be more generous size-wise to account for the cheaper cost of the ingredients.
For soups in particular, you can determine how much water you add to easily create more (less rich) portions without losing too much of the taste. Since soups already tend to be lower calorie meals, I personally tend to avoid that and just cook 2 richer portions, but you could probably just add a slice of toast on the side if you need a filler and prefer to have leftovers.
In my experience, yes. I don’t recall ever making a soup that didn’t at least provide 3 servings.
Leftovers are good!!
Yes! And I love all the soups I’ve had so far
In a word, yes. I typically buy 2 two-serving meals to have leftovers, except with soups. You get more bang for your buck with soups: more food and more satiating. I love to serve them with garlic bread from the HF market, too.
Haha yes, I got this one this week just so I could have leftovers
