Idk if my kkakdugi kimchi will work but anyway, I want kimchi for my kimchijeon so I made this. I hope it works.

The cap of my kkakdugi kimchi had condensation yesterday after six hours into the fridge but I’ll dry it bcs I don’t want mold in my kimchi (my really first try had mold at one week, it was oi sobagi kimchi). Today there’s no condensation so I’m happy I guess, idk if it’s normal.

I hope this two kimchi works.
