Used the cover from u/errkaf (modified slightly). I already had the binding machine so I can add to it weekly. Soon to add tabs for easy organization (meat and veggies, pasta, sandwiches, etc.). Love some organization!

That looks nice. I was thinking of three hole punching mine along the top but opted for sheet protecters instead cause the holes would have got into the text. Side makes more sense for punctures but its nice being able to stand up the binder and use it like that when cooking too. I need a better binder or thicker sheet protectors though because they keep slipping the rings. Probably the binder.
