Look into pulses (beans, lentils, etc.)! Very cheap if you cook from dry. Also, quinoa is healthy. It looks like a lot of the cost is from snacks and pre-made items (aside from the cost of meat/fish).

I drink coffee every morning, and I buy snacks for when my son is here.
In truth – these meals may last longer. My son is with me every other 3 days so some of the leftovers will be eaten the next day for lunch or dinner.

How many people and for how long?

How long as you have plans for each of these items. I’d love to know what you prepare from this.
One thing I don’t get from Aldi is paper products. I hope your bhole is good though OP
You should be using a credit card. For safety and to earn points.
You shouldn’t be buying lacroix at Aldi. For name brand stuff, costco and Walmart will always be cheaper. Aldi is cheap only for store brand items.
You did great!
How is the Lobster dip?
Most expensive items are meat, seafood and alcohol, so no surprises there!
I shop primarily at aldi. I’m doing a substack where I do recipes with a grocery list every week- I typically stay around $175 for my family of 5
