I do this recipe and don’t even make the pizza dough.
I’ve got a local sourdough place that sells a little baggie of pizza dough they make for $1.50 and buy those little balls. I still do the let rest for 2 hours and then build it and it still turns out great.

In the winter I make this once sometimes twice a week. The sky is the limit as far as toppings go.
