I’ve had it twice, and I agree completely. It’s my favorite bbq, full stop. Did the whole wait-in-line thing in 2015 and loved it; ordered pick up a few years later. He is (or was, at least) incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuine. An awesome experience.

Brisket, definitely. Their turkey is ok. You can find better sausage. The Texas BBQ with white bread, pickles and onions will always be weird to me.
