The tacos only use fajita seasoning but look as red as tacos that use the TexMex paste!! The hot sauce was only mixed with the guacamole and was the tiny cholula packet so it’s not from that.
Weird. My tacos in comparison looked beige and sad.

Did you use a red onion? Did you dry off your chicken well before putting it in the pan?

As someone else said, their using photo tricks.
However, if yours look chicken looks beige and sad, I’d venture a guess you didn’t cook at high enough heat. Won’t make it any more red but it’ll be less sad!
