the mayo i got on the top is from last week.. vs the mayo i got yesterday, after being in the fridge all day.
is there a chance its expired? im not crazy right?

    The yucky looking one likely froze. Mayo splits if you let it freeze.

    So, I used to work at a HF warehouse. Mayo doesn’t freeze there. However ALOT of the ingredients they had (at the warehouse I worked at) were about a week of a month from being expired. I was baffled.
