Today we’re making chicken picata over angel hair pasta with roasted broccoli I’m the wannabe Chef let’s get into it first thing we’re doing is prepping the broccoli hitting it with some oil then we’re going salt fresh Cracked Pepper and garlic powder that’s going on a tray
And into the oven at about 4:25 for 20 minutes then we’re going to fine brunoise cut our shallot which essentially just means a very very small dice then we got some garlic some parsley and then lemons all this is going to go into our sauce later now
We’re cutting up our chicken breast cuz right now they’re a decup and we need a beup we’re going to hit those up with some seasoning and then we’re also going to season up our flour dredge and then it’s into the hot pan with some oil those are going to go until they’re gbd
Now let’s take that fond and turn it into a sauce we’re going shallots in stir them up white wine lemon juice stir that up again we’re letting that Reduce by half and then we’re going Capers parsley garlic and then we can’t forget to mount the sauce of the end with some
