Put like a little bit of gravy on and my uncle was like you know she can have more than that if you want should always be enough gravy left on your plate that you need to order an extra bread bun when she has a full portion of gravy

On her food that’s when I know she’s a fully converted northerner have gravy with everything yeah it’s a bit I would have gravy on me toast like how can you not like gravy gravy is amazing M gravy I really like the retive good good good

Good I love the chicken m I have to admit I hate Roto I don’t know I think it’s cuz I’m used to I don’t know maybe just you know dried right just normal rice we tend to have plain yeah if I was doing a roto it

Would just be the Roto cuz I do find it quite filling I didn’t really get the dry rice comment who eats dry rice you wouldn’t just eat rice by itself would you but then Chrissy said that she cooks Roto so I was a bit confused by that so

I don’t think it’ll be proper witho just be r h the meeting for me the chicken was lovely the rotto was uh yeah quite heavy yes and for me there was just too much on yes there was a lot but the chicken was moist yeah the chicken was

Great and I quite like the risoto cuz it I thought it’ be really tomatoey and it wasn’t um so that’s was quite nice I think what he was trying to do have a really refined menu and he put a lot of effort into it but again a massive

Portion couldn’t like half of my plate was still there couldn’t eat it back at the table Charlotte has other things on her mind when we were walking around we noticed a a hot tub outside but we used to like to go in it together as a couple with a glass of PCO

But um we then get jumped on by the kids and it completely spoils everything so I get a spray tan every week so if I took the tan off definitely not I could I could go in at the the end of the week when it’s starting to fade you like your

Spray T CH yeah I’m so white without them I think you just get used to it as well but does fade I prefer it when it’s faded a little bit doesn’t it actually I’m going to work them next of it fades against me as

Comments were positive I think Michelle said she didn’t like Roto be disappointed if we if we score low based on the quality of the food because nobody complained about it I’m also not convinced that the guys really appreciate the ingredients that have went in our menu today well let’s hope

I know what goes in it I know how it should be cooked and most importantly I know what it should taste like no pressure then girls Charlotte chops the veg for the tom yum soup which will be cooked just before serving for the fish cakes seasoned Cod goes in for a quick

Roast while Charlotte does the mash I’m not really sure about the quantities I’m just getting yeah me too oh well she Who Dares Michelle adds horseradish to peppers and spring onions before getting feisty with the tiny blender there a lot of hitting goes on in this house lastly Ino Capers and mash

And it’s time for a taste test yeah yeah the cakes are rolled out and given a flour and egg wash and covered in breadcrumbs I think Michelle will be supervising beer in hand dishing the orders out what do you think I disagree I think Theos and you’d be right ah jeez

Forget me one fish Cake’s done it’s on to the main tyed chicken curry with Jasmine rice and garlic flatbread with a brwn version for Lita Ty red curry and Jasmine rice is lovely I wouldn’t serve garlic flatbread with curry well that’s what they’re doing Michelle starts the flatbreads by adding natural yogurt to

Flour while charlot prep’s fegge for the curry what am I doing with the pepper strips strips these are thinner than that though that’s all right the stick people stay calm Michelle her dough balls are rolled out then she Blends together garlic parsley and butter come on look at this

Bread that is good the garlic butter is spread on and they’ll be reheated later onto the curry have she made own curry paste you can buy some really good red curry paste green Green’s a little bit different so it’ll be interested to see if she’s made a p paste from scratch

With shrimp paste and all the other ingredients that go into it well Michelle’s adding vinegar garlic soy Ginger paprika lemongrass and chili to shop B paste if somebody ask you make your curry paste yourself um I say no but we made it better by adding all the

Elements that we that we wanted to next their adapted paste is added to the chicken and mixed with the vegetables in coconut milk cuz Lita is a pescatarian we’ve done a a little small Diddy one here for her with prawns they’ll cook the jasmine rice later so last to prep

His dessert strawberry and kiwi pudding with mango sbet sounds like something I’d want to eat if I was on a diet yeah that’s a bit light for me that after a spicy Mane um the dessert that we’re that we’re making is quite refreshing so we think it rounds it off well yeah like

Yum suit was on the on the menu it’s something that I that I make quite often so I was just interested to see if you’d made the paste and you know scratch yeah know he was quite proud that he makes it from scratch and it’s something that he

Makes all of the time so took the edge off it a bit for them in that sense because I think they thought it was going to be quite unique and uh it wasn’t never had it before and I’ve quite enjoyed it I like it the the

Vegetables in it the FID cake was lovely the soup was a little bit hot for us too much of a bite in it for us to be fair the vegetables and everything T was tingling a bit with it being a bit too spicy it was the fish cake was okay the

Soup I was really disappointed when Michelle told me it was a past they used for me it was a vegetable broth very weak in flavor um with B bit of heat from a from a from a chili paste I didn’t enjoy it at all I never would

Have guessed it’s always a risk to do something that’s slightly different um and clearly if he’s an expert at it then we’re not so he definitely thinks that he knows everything more than anyone else if you label yourself as a foodie you you must have a lot of knowledge

About food or want to um we noticed the photographs I didn’t expect us to be very outdoorsy yeah yeah Charlotte she’s like oh yeah it’s all beautiful you look like you were doing the hard a few strokes and then she was like oh do we put any wine in that bag it didn’t

Duck Kevin come on Christine’s joke was it was the joke itself wasn’t that funny but the delivery of the joke was unbelievable onto the main and the ho are feeling anxious I was more confident earlier than I am now I think we need to impress Kevin foodwise C knows a lot
