My plating could use some work but this was absolutely delicious! I used leftover [white chicken chili](https://www.seriouseats.com/white-chili-with-chicken-best) for the sauce, which was exactly by the recipe with the exception of additional tiger eye beans because why not? The sauce was thinned out with garlic better than bouillon broth. I made the tortilla chips for the [chilaquiles](https://www.seriouseats.com/chilaquiles-verdes-fried-eggs) with a flour tortilla because that’s what I had. Then I fried the egg in the same oil I made the chips in, which was a gamble but worked out pretty well! Overall 10/10 will definitely make again.
