[i ate] This traditional food of winter in Punjab, Pakistan. It includes buttermilk, corn flat bread. A dish made from leafy vegs called “Saag” Enriched with butter.

    What the west calls buttermilk is different than what India refers to as buttermilk. In India lassi is called buttermilk. Lassi is made from diluting yogurt with water and blending it up with sweet or savory spices.

  5. Looks fantastic. 

    But having cooked a lot of punjabi reicpes, I chuckled that op felt the need to specify that this included ghee.
