Anything I know you’re going to be like oh my God why have you spent that much firstly we are a large family of nine secondly I don’t think I can’t remember the last time I spent this much money but I’ve been to AA um and yeah I have got quite a

Lot so we’re just going to get into it how is everybody doing I hope you’re all really really well um and how’s your week been so far I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already again like these weeks are just it’s so scary how fast everything’s going I’m not going to get

Too much into it as I said with a lot to get through um I’m not going to Iceland this month so what I thought I would do is is I’ve combined everything um there’s toiletries there’s kind of like there’s food groceries there’s a few bits and pieces miscellaneous um there’s

Oh my god I’ve just started back at the gym so there’s a lot of gym stuff as well there’s like the there’s all sorts you will see what I mean but I’ve spent just as I said £468 or thereabouts um got some sushi you will not see the sushi cuz I ate the

Sushi please ignore this as I said I’ve been to the gym went straight shopping came back and just wanted to share obviously with you guys soor I’m just going to pop my cou up there at the way what I’ve kind of bought and what I’ve gotten stuff um and about the hairdress

Is tomorrow so this will hopefully be transformed into something a wee bit better H but for the time being never mind anyways so I’m just going to get into it my lovelies um I’m not going to say Obviously how long this shopping’s got a last because when I’ve done that

In the past I generally have had comments if I’ve had to go shopping again and stuff um but yes so as said family of nine how how long it lasts I’m not sure we’re just going to get into it um and we’ll see how it go so

Yeah there’s a lot try not to push buttons cuz I have a habit of pushing buttons on my camera so this is the fridge there’s loads and then if you see like I generally give you an idea of what we’re working with oh my God um

Yeah cool huh I just wanted to fill the cupboards the fridge and everything else and not have to worry about it um and there’s a few bits and pieces that I’ve try that I want to try that are new cuz I’m kind of getting sick of eating the same old stuff so first

Things first I’m going to pop this also can I just see if I make a noise if there’s any noise I’m going to apologize in advance but obviously I’ve had comments as well that you know can I be a bit quieter um when I’m doing my huls

And things but In fairness when you’re picking items up and packages up and stuff like that plastic and stuff you know you’re not going to be able to be quiet so if there is any noise I do apologize in advance um but anyways let’s just get into this haul

Because there’s a lot to get through so I’m literally prices I’ll probably do what I usually do there’s too much here to go through prices and stuff if I remember anything I will let you know um but yeah I’m just kind of like going to go through it and

Get through it and then you can see what I bought um meal wise I will explain obviously like my ideas for meals and stuff as we go through um but yeah so first things first let’s do the toiletries and stuff so we’ve got some Mitchum triple order deodorant here this

Is for the men in the family actually it’s for my husband um and then I’ve picked up this little clip because I have daughters and every time I pick up these clips they take them so I’m going to try and get some more um this was on sale I’m sure this

Was like 1.75 in a stu so I grabb that one just some socks for the boys uh £4 each and you get How many pairs seven pairs they’re actually really good um I don’t know what to say I think that one says does that say now they say

Something anyways so yeah just some plain black socks they’re not plain black they’ve got like a little pattern on them I put them out the way and then I just got Xander these ones the colored ones In fairness Xander or jayen um they can just pick which ones they want I’ll

I’ll maybe think that jayen will probably go for the black ones um cuz they’re not that busy but then again he might surprise this and so yeah I just picked up two different types as well so they’re both the same sizes these were 44 as well but you only get five pairs

In this one oh right okay oh there you go I didn’t realize um but yeah the boys needed some new socks so I’ve grabbed them Cosmic color changing bubble bath I’m even excited to try this like seriously I had like another two but I spotted that and I thought do you know

What my kids will love that I don’t know what I don’t know what color it changed it’s strawberry fragrance magically changes from red to purple is that it anyways never mind I’m sure my kids will be happy with that cuz who doesn’t like bubbles in the bath and Bubbles that

Change color mhm Funtime bath time um some kitchen tin foil this is the 20 m one I believe this was £3 so I just grabbed that some thae handles thae handles some food bags medium size with tie handles H for pack lunches and things coconut milk and Macadamia this

Is for dehydrated to dry hair and it’s conditioner um I keep buying like all these condition and conditioners and stuff and shampoos and things and In fairness they turn out to be no good um if anybody’s got any recommendations for a good shampoo and conditioner now bearing in

Mind I have scalp orasis so I generally use a medicated shampoo um I know one of you guys said something anything with like um is it goats milk or something but I can’t find any products where I live with goats milk in so yeah um but

Ultimate I’m going to try this or I’m not going to try this I’ve actually picked this up for Marley cuz she’s got like really naturally curly wavy hair um but it can be tend to be like quite frizzy fly away cuz it’s quite thick so

I grabbed that um I think it was about 22.95 and then I’ve got some tampons just the regular and the super plus um I was meant to pick up the other size as well which is the green ones um and then I’ve got all three but I forgot but they’re 2 each

Anyway so I I’m sure I can get some more um pads that are kind of like the wrong way around as usual body form the 18 pack under3 SX expert this is got Mella soothing nourishes while soothing skin tightness um that’s how I like dry skin and stuff so I thought I’d try

That it looks quite cool and I don’t think I’ve had this one before I can’t remember but I do like SX products um some dry shampoo because when I have days like this where I’ve been to the gym and believe it or not I only washed

My hair last night so I didn’t really want to wash it again because I’m going to the hairdresses tomorrow um but for days that I don’t want to wash it or I’m busy with something else I picked up some dry shampoo Aster’s own bubble bath I got

The sleep and relax and then I got the muscle ease these were a pound each uh the RAR dock one is like 150 at the moment so I thought well why not LV did detangling conditioner I’ve had this before I buy this quite frequently um and the kids really seem to like this

Like Lexi and Megan um and then that’s just the conditioner to go with it oh no that’s the shampoo and then that’s the detangling conditioner because Lex’s hair tends to tangle quite quickly and it’s not much fun trying to get the tats out and trust me I’ve tried everything um working this

Is the mouth wash I had the Peach one of this the peach and mint and it was actually really nice really good mouth wash as well um and this was so this is the mint and strawberry one I’ve not had this one so I’m going to try it see what it’s

Like and then just some de ier in preparation for more ice and whatever on that’s if any is on the way I know at the moment we’re going through is it storm jeline or something um we seem to be moving from one storm to another at the minute it’s absolutely awful um Dove

Just some go fresh deodorant linkx deodorant this is the leather and cookies fragrance and it’s 48 Hours high definition grab some of that then just some frosted Rose Wonderland l no I’ve had this before Mrs hinge absolutely love it and then I grabbed this huge um scent boosters again in frosted

Wonderland just while it’s still on sale I just thought I’d grab hold of it um something that I’ve not seen for the kids before which it’s probably been there all along I’ve just missed it um ultimate Blends kids shampoo and detangler and it’s hyperallergenic so I’m going to try that for like the

Kids’s hair like Lexi and stuff again um cuz her hair’s quite long as well she’s not been washing her hair properly well the shampoo off her hair properly blesser so she’s got a bit of a sore scalp so I’ve been like helping her with her like getting the shampoo and stuff

Off it seems to be like sorting itself out so but I just thought i’ grab some of this and see if that will maybe help um some vitamins some vitamin D because why not I just thought you know what I’m going to the gym and stuff I’m starting to obviously look after myself

Again so I just thought grab some vitamin D gummies um Berry flavor and you get 30 I’ll see what they’re like and if they’re any good I’ll get some more and then oh just some multivitamins these contain 12 vitamins you get 90 in the pack on the chewer

Ball so I just grabbed some of them um my arms are getting tired and my chest is aen my shoulders are aen cuz I’ve literally just done two full body workout days at the gym some Colgate Max white I know that’s a little bit off like kind of like contexts yeah um never

Mind pain relief for the kids this is six plus it’s just as do on from what I could gather there um then something else obviously that I want to start trying are greens food supplement apparently these have got nine antioxidant or Rich super greens they

Did the berries as well but I mean this was like £10 I think it was reduced I think it’s a couple pound off it but I just grabbed that anyways and so I’m going to try that it’s the warrior and see what that’s like and then some collagen powder again

This covers it’s strawberry and raspberry flavor or they did no flavor and it covers it’s got hyaluronic acid and biotin vitamin C and it’s hair skin nails and Joints um so I’m going to give that a shot and then just some renes cuz sometimes your girl suffers from

Heartburn um and so do a few of us in the household 96 CH ball tablets it’s good to have a pack of Ren’s in your bag or it’s handy to a pack of R in your bag and then just a couple of toothbrushes this one’s for Xander cuz it’s battery

Operated um and this ones for jiren In fairness they didn’t have much choice in the um these kind of toothbrushes and I find that these toothbrushes are better cuz I don’t know um dentists recommend them as well don’t they like the electric toothbrushes and stuff cuz they

Clean the teeth better and things so I just grabbed them anyways cuz Zer came down this morning and was like Mom my tooth brushes run out so I literally you just have to say to him sander use your hand like literally you know you’ve got

Two hands use them um but anyway so I’ve just picked him up another one and yeah moving on to the food so we’ve literally got some bread which is asda’s Toasty bread toilet roll more toilet roll this is like the 12 rolls um and then I’ve picked the kids up some like

Hats hats hats gloves and scarf set because they lose the hats and the scarfs and everything like they lose the socks um this actually really pretty to be fair this one was £13 this is f Lexi it’s got like a that is so soft that’s like the softest pom pom I’ve ever felt

And but that is like yeah so it’s got a pom pom on the top and you get the gloves and then you’ve get the hat and you’ve got the scarf and in this weather you know you need to they need to be kept wrapped up um especially cuz

They’re out and about and stuff all the time when they’re at school and things and then just this one for Xander I’m hoping he’s going to like it cuz the last hat he had he was like my friends tell me I look like grandpa I mean I thought it was a cool

Hat but I don’t know obviously I was wrong um so yeah I’ve just grabbed him this one I’m poing the don’t say this one looks like grandpa um and this was £12 and this was I got them both in the size 8 to 12 age 8 to 12 should I say and gloves

Hat and then scarf I pop that to one side I’m just I’m waiting for some to literally topple over and go V you know like hit the floor kind of thing CU it just be my look um and then just the usual as the choco snaps as the

Chocolate hoops and then I thought I’d grab some multigrains as well these as also asda’s own um just a some a little bit different so that’s three boxes of cereal some sour d bread with seed mixed seeds and got i’ grab some of this and

Try it cuz I do like sour door bread oh that out of the way and then we’ve got some tortillas six large tortillas I got two packs of those cuz I think it was two for £3 and yet the boxes the packs themselves for like the um enchiladas

And stuff like that were like £380 so I thought we’re going to do I think my husband’s making quadas some point through the week um so I thought rather than pay like all that money £380 kind of thing each for a box I thought right so it worked out cheaper

Just to get these which were on offer I said it was two for three and then I also picked up some taco seasoning which is the mild one and so I know my kids will eat them and then they were a pound each so that kind

Of worked out cheaper um and then I just bought the salsa and the what what is it sour cream yeah I just bought the salsa and the sour cream um so it worked out a lot cheaper to get it like that because In fairness like you don’t need all the stuff that they

Put in like the boxes you can actually do it on your own and if works out cheaper then I’ll I’ll do it that way um so yeah so that’s that cuz we’re going to have some quesadillas yeah quesadillas that’s some point through the um little bit of noise there choco oh God or

Chocolat um pins pin chocolate Pano chocolate pan chocolate get it right rose right thank you uh the penny has rocked pan of chocolate yeah just some of those pack lunches snacks then some bagels these are the seeds and Grains and apparently you get protein and fiber in these ones

So I grabbed them they were on offer as well I think they like 1 35 and then some of the ones underneath these ones are just the um cinnamon and raisin ones so grab them two lots of bacon unsmoked because at some point the kids in enjoy like bacon sandwiches and

Things and I’m going to do um I think we’re doing bacon and lentil soup at some point so grab some of that some more Bagel just some sesame seed ones B Matthews turkey rashes 2 p a pack grab two of those some sweetener this is just asda’s own Stevia um I think it’s

Like a pound then some protein noodles if you can see the price on there it was two for oh no that that was the meal deal I didn’t get the meal deal I just got the noodles cuz I I wanted some protein noodles so two packs of those um some

Salmon then we’ll move to the back cuz there’s a lot to get through my lovelies um some pork sausages I bought these last week they’re actually so nice so I got them again the kids really enjoyed them and they went really well in the casserole as well um so I got some more

Not sure what I’m going to do with these ones this week but um I like just do like a sausage P or something we will see I’ll let the kids decide I think on this one so yeah some pork sausages again I think these were like yeah

They’re just they’re under a f um and you get 18 in the pack and then the chicken that’s was £10 that’s just for like anything to be cooked with well obviously the quadas and stuff and the dog can have some of that as well and and then something I’m actually really

Excited about and I’ve lost them where the heck have they gone oh I’ll find it right salt turkey turkey turkey breast steaks I bought two of those um cuz I just thought why not it’s a change from chicken cuz I’m actually starting to get sick of eating

Chicken all the time I’m just yeah it’s it’s getting on my nerves and obviously because I’m trying to eat healthy now well I wouldn’t even say eat healthy I’m just trying to like look after myself if that makes sense and I’m I’m back at the

Gym so I’m trying to build muscle um and I need protein for that so I’m on like a high protein um diet if that makes sense and chicken as much as I love it can yeah too much of it is just so I’m literally trying to find other sources

And other methods of trying to get protein in um that’s also obviously healthy um and I found these so I’m actually really chuffed like turkey meatballs who would have thought so I’m in my turkey at the moment my love li like turkey all the way

Um so yeah I picked up four packs of those cuz you get 12 in each pack so I grabbed them and hopefully the kids will be fine with them I mean as Beth says just don’t tell them it’s turkey they’ll be fine um and I think there’s spices

And stuff un like that in them so yeah really excited to try these and then at the back I’ve got some protein chicken mint but it’s not chicken it’s actually 21 G of protein low saturated fat glutenfree and it’s chicken but it’s not chicken so I picked up two packets of

Those cuz I had some of this yesterday and I nipped into Asda on my way home from the gym to pick some up for my lunch and I spotted that and I had it yesterday and it’s absolutely delicious with a bit of rice a little bit of

Seasoning some broccoli in that so so nice so I grabbed some more so I’ve got two packs of those um and then I’ve just got some smarty yogurts at the back um alpro right so if you are a regular to my channel you will know that I’ve talked about how

Things like yogurt cheese um milk stuff like that tends to give me a blooded stomach I get a really bad stomach with it and stuff I don’t think I’m intolerant I don’t think I I don’t know what’s going on I just I I don’t know it could be anything you know

Um it’s just one of those things unfortunately but I’ve never been intolerant before for and I used to be fine but yeah it’s as I said it’s just one of those things so I have decided that I’m going to try the I had some soy yogurt last night um cuz my

Daughter’s actually vegan at the moment um I say at the moment because unfortunately you know sometimes these things don’t last but as she said she says I’m not actually vegan because I I did explain to I asked her why she was like she wasn’t eating meat

And stuff and she just said cuz she was bored with what she was eating so she wanted to explore other Roots if that makes sense um so I had some of her yogurt last night and it was actually so nice and it didn’t give us a bad stomach

So today I have picked up some alpro Greek style plain yogurt and it’s actually is this plant yeah it’s plant-based so I picked up two of those so I’m going to give them a shot um and then I’ve got some just bouncing backwards and forwards backwards and

Forwards and then I have to keep myself things somehow um and then obviously just some fish I picked up this was 2 for eight so I got some Norwegian hadock fillets and then I got some Norwegian cod fillets cuz I want to try and start eating more fish as well

Obviously I’m not going to like put that on to the kids because I know the kids won’t generally eat what I eat so there is still a mixture of meats and stuff here but if it’s for me I’ll let you know that it’s for me and yeah it’s just

Something different but in the meantime some lean BS lean BS it’s lean BS guys it’s lean beef steak mins and it’s 5% less fat and there’s two of those um just in case obviously pop this all in the freezer and then as the week goes by

Well as the next this week and next week goes by we can kind of like just pull out what we need um two chickens these are just like the large chickens a gam joint which was cuz it’s got the price on it £163 um cuz we’re going to do honey rast

Sausages and I bet you these have been around forever and I’m just oblivious you know cuz I’m in my own little world um world of rose that yet I’ve not I’ve not seen anything so take your sausages I’m excited my lovelies and then we’ve got some chocolates these are just for

Like snacks and pack lunches some corn roast chicken cuz I’m going to try these um it’s got protein and stuff in it so I’m going to try that dunkers this is just a large pack these are on offer at the moment Focus these are on offer at the moment in ASDA

I think they’re about £235 245 or something like that I know they were in my last as the haul so um yeah the price is on that I do remember like mentioning it these were on offer so I grabbed these for the kids you just get four in

The packets the heroes the whisper and the dairy milk um something that I’m going to try now this is obviously dirty fry seasoning but I want these for you know like when I do sweet potato wedges and stuff I just thought grab that cuz it’ll be nice a nice change um and as

Much as I love my aromat seasoning I just want some different seasoning so I grab that hopefully it’s nice um cheese and broccoli pasta I just got two packs of those they were like 60 p each cuz Megan likes to eat that kind of stuff so

Grab that um some ham I know this was on offer as well just grab that for the kids some Cathedral City and it’s grated and it’s plant-based so I want to try that that’s new um again it’s just to do with the cheese thing and I have tried

So many different cheeses and I’ve tried the lactose free and nothing works so I’m hoping this is nice if it is then I will continue to use it and cuz I know little at little little I haven’t shopped at little for like oh my God I don’t shop at little

Um Aldi Aly do one and I don’t like it so I’m hoping this one’s a little bit different you know like the texture The Taste see how that goes so anyways yeah uh klaw grab that and then I’ve got meatballs for jayen and Xander in gravy there’s fours

Of those um some Hall whe fuse pasta h two packs of that then I’ve got some oh God lean over NES Cafe at the back this is the gold blend intense it’s like 550 a pot um but it’s the large one and it should last a while Vim tour cuz

That’s on offer at the moment in ASDA some hot dogs um these were about two I’m going to say just under 250 each grab two of those some Rana now I’ve not had this before I thought ooh Some to try it this was on offer as well it’s

Like 2 pound each so I got a spinach and rotter and I also got a Mas of pory and mushroom cuz the bu sound absolutely amazing and obviously my kids won’t eat it but I will eat it and it sounds absolutely lovely and and then under

That there’s some acoral I just got the immune support um strawberry and the plain and zero sugar zero fat grab some of them masap poni sauce tomato masap poni this is the idea is to go on this um or I’ll try and make some sort of sauce of my

Own n seasoning am I saying that right is it nuke or n anyways this is for like cheeses and stuff and mac and cheese and I make mac and cheese and things for the kids so I don’t know what it tastes like but I’m going to try it

Anyway is um so I grabbed some of that these are like 1 10 which is quite good um obviously I know like I’m trying to think tesos is a bit cheaper and I know Aldi is definitely cheaper but yeah I just grabbed Tes tesos I just grabbed

As’s on um oh gosh upside down dip spicy mayor dip and that one is the garlic and herb dip and I just got these for the the kids cuz they’re going to have a pizza night at some point and they’re a pound each creme caramels FRS these are on offer as well

Two lots of them um the banana and strawberry one and then this is the mixed flavor one Linguini cuz Megan likes to have Linguini and then hiding behind that we’ve got some light man10 for that is it1 10 or2 I should remember because I had a little winge

About it say lot so longer back I remember when it was like 60 p a jar like how fast has things gone up honestly H mayonnaise sour cream salsa kimchi absolutely love this stuff um yeah so grab that um and then some red lentils cuz that’s obviously for the

Soup and things I picked up some Kit Kats for pack lunches and snacks then this jumbo pack of dam Jammy dummy Jammy Dodgers um 150 I think I’m not sure don’t quote me on that you know what I’m just going to stop going with the prices my lovelies um I do this every

Time but it’s cuz I want to try and help obviously if I can find something that’s on offer that maybe anybody’s interested in then yeah but I just I know these are on offer at the moment in ASDA uh digestives they’re also on offer they

Are 150 I know that much the the dark chocolate ones cuz I got them for me little snacks some normal Cathedral City cheddar again this is the big pack this was on offer as well grab that um sausage rolls normal sausage rolls for the kids some more um like vegetarian

Cheese just is it vegetarian or vegan I think does it it’s vegan yeah vegan friendly um again it’s Cathedral City I want to try this as well and it’s the cheese slices so grab some of them normal digestive asers these are for the we uh squares eight bars at the moment I

Think they were on off as well don’t quote me on that though I just grabbed those for like pack lunches and snacks and stuff apologies if the lights kind of like hidden we’re at the window at the moment um and then I spotted this and I thought you know what because

Again I have an issue with chocolate it makes me feel sick but I still eat it cuz I love chocolate and I’m a chocaholic I will openly admit I have a problem for chocolate and this is salted caramel flavor hot chocolate and it’s plant-based by Asda it’s omv I grabbed

That cuz I think it was like 2 a jar um it’s quite a big jar I want to try that and we’ve got two pots of custard cuz Lexi likes custard and they can have it with maybe like some fruit cocktail these are a pound a piece so I got four

And they’re actually cheaper at the moment to buy the Del Monte than it is to buy Asda own so grab those by about 10 P um something I’ve not tried forever in a day oh my God sandwich spread I used to be addicted to this stuff when I

Was a kid and every now and then I kind of go back to it and I’ll buy a jar but I haven’t bought it in such a long time and I do like sandwich spread so yeah thought i’ grab a jar um Cab’s hot chocolate this one’s

For the kids some pineapple for when we have our um honey roast honey H honey honey honey mustard gam that’s it honey roast honey mustard gam um so I think my husband’s on about doing some kind of pineapple um what’s it called relish or something I don’t know I’ll have to have

A look yeah so that’ll be good to see um so yes just some pineapple for almond and apricot with yogurt coating you get three in the pack I just got these for myself so I’ve got some snacks um chewing gum there is another pack of this in the car picked up two of Those cheese and onion um rolls just as a change from the sausage rolls for the kids and then I got some corn picnic eggs I was actually meant to eat these in the car but I forgot all about them put them in the car ended up having the sushi which was

Absolutely disgusting but I paid for it and I’m kind of like some which means you know I’m not Let It Go to rest I needed to eat it um plus I was hungry um Oxo stock pot white wine stock pot and I’m looking on I’m thinking so usually

When I’m cooking I don’t like to add wine and things like that but the last time I made a risoto and I forgot everything and instead of wine I bought white wine vinegar um and I didn’t like it so this time around I spotted these

And I thought you know what if when for when I make another like mushroom risotto or something these have already got them added in and then I don’t have to use um vegetable stock cubes I can just use these and they’ve already got the white wine in them so grab

Them and because I’m always on the look out for other bits and pieces you know to kind of like spice up and change my um recipes and things with I spotted these as well aromatic Asian stock so I thought i’ try these as well see what they’re like and

Two bags of those and what I’m going to do is is I’m just bear with me my lovies I’m just going to pop these into the freezer um some breaded fish fingers again these were on offer in like 250 um box so I’ll grab them and again I’m going

To pop those in the freezer cuz I’m not going to Iceland this month I’m going to give Iceland a break I think think um one I kind of just get sick of eating the same stuff two In fairness it’s yeah I I I I don’t know

I’m just you know you just want to give something a break so yeah I won to do an Iceland this month um hence why there’s a lot more shoping I want to start buying like a lot more fresh you know so I can freeze it and use it that way kind

Of thing um and cuz I’ve got my new toy which I will reveal all very very soon my lovelies um yeah fingers crossed I can start making a few more fresh bits and pieces myself so I just picked up a storm Bak cheesy garlic bre cuz the kids

Are going to have a pizza night um Xander cheesy garlic breads Lexi’s favorite pizza is ham and pineapple at the moment I mean it could change it probably will change she’s yeah you know what kids are like um but at the moment It’s Hammer pineapple so I picked one of

Those up just as does on and then chicken and bacon melt with a tomato sauce stuffed bit and and then I just got a Chicago another one they’re all Chicago town I just got a loaded cheese that’s a thin base and I picked up the sausage and

Pepperoni and I’m just really aware now that this here has to be kept Frozen so I’m going to literally shove it um cuz I don’t fancy give G my kids food poisoning so I’m going to try and if that makes sense gosh that’s the last

Thing I want to do so I’m going to that’s just the fridge you opening you can hear pop that there and then grab this pepper all you on okay and you can’t close to freezer give us a second I’m just going to see is she just going to stare at chips

Now apologies for that there that wasn’t so hard was it the problem is is I take all this off I’ve got nowhere to put it until I can get it put away that’s the worst bit isn’t it putting the shopping away I hate it like

I love shopping I just yeah that is the worst bit um anyways where was I get back to cuz I can pop those in in a second cuz they’re not too bad and some sweet potatoes two packs of those of time being obviously next week I will have to

Obviously stock up on more veg and stuff and but I’m hoping meat wives and things like that and the fish is enough to kind of like see us through this week and then possibly into some of next week if that makes sense um but things like fresh stuff like obviously fruit and

Vegetables I will have to restock on um and yeah possibly a few of little bits and pieces so carrots really bit broccoli stem stem long stem broccoli two packs of those uh butter not squash some green beans two packs of those some Vine rip and tomatoes just grab them

Onions garlic I know this is 2 um but it’s the bigger chunks the all the bigger chunks the bigger um bulbs and obviously yeah this is what need in my house cuz we do a lot of fresh cooking and we use a lot of garlic because we absolutely love garlic does anybody else

Love garlic as much as I do it goes in everything honestly um some fresh chilies these are just the warm and fruity red chilies these are actually quite mild they’re good for like soups and sauces and things I don’t want go too hot because again the kids um cett

Absolutely love cett but these are something that I don’t tend to buy anymore um because not everybody in the house likes them but I love them so I just picked up and yeah as to only do like the two in the pack which is really convenient for me so I’m just going to

Have some of these um at some point and maybe do like a stir of some sort um parsnips for soup pears apples these are like under 60p a packs I’ll grab two of those and cuz Jen loves his apples I like his favorite fruit and he loves plums as well so I

Grabbed two lots of plums because they were I I think they were like two for2 yeah I know they were on offer um and then I got some strawberries some blueberries some gripes I was meant to pick up another gripe but I didn’t cuz

It was Mi a matched for two um and for some reason I didn’t any I’m mind not to worry bananas nectarin I haven’t had these for such a long time and it was the last packs I thought right we’re just going to Gra grab them I know they were like 2 but

I’m just going to grab them cuz there three in the pack um and I just need to let them ripen I think but yeah I do like a nectar and very very nice and that’s it my lovelies that is my AOL um so hopefully as I said fingers crossed I

Lot dearer um so I thought if I I just do the one shop in the one shop at the moment for this week anyways and then see where we go see how it goes and stuff like that and yeah so this is all my toiletries all the fruit and veg um
