Hey guys what is up so today we’re going to be trying a baked mac and cheese recipe um that went viral on Tik Tok I think her name is Tiny she has 87 million views on Tik Tock so I will like link below her Tik Tok or something um
But I love a baked mac and cheese recipe supposedly this is the secret right here these little noodles so you can have all the creamy and the cheesy get in the noodles so I’m really excited I have my cheese this is a pound of mozzarella

In there to melt to start with Once that’s melted I’m going to put in half of my mixed seasoning so now I’m going to should have done a smaller cup I’m going to put half of the seasoning in the melted butter which I’ve never done seasoning
At this level but we’re going to save some for after we put all the milks in and we are going to stir oh my God it actually smells so good oh God I love melted butter M smells amazing let’s get the flour so this is only 3 tablespoons which I feel
Like this is like not a lot of flour which is kind of good so we’re doing one are you guys proud of me for using measuring spoons by the way like when have I ever but we’re going to make this good I think that’s probably a little bit more but

Her all right let’s add in our evaporated milk okay I’m just going to put the whole thing in oo and just stir right away this going to make it nice and thicks we love a thick thick sauce m I was actually supposed to switch to a whisker with the uh evaporated

To get that so it’s nice and thick thick is always how we want the cheese sauce and we are going to add the rest of the seasoning in here you already know last time I did dum mustard and mac and cheese it was just not it but I didn’t
Measure I think I put way too much it’s all I could taste so I’m actually going to be measuring out the Dijon mustard it says one tablespoon I’m going to even go a little light on it cuz she like swears by it she’s like please please please do that
Is that too much no that’s I think a perfect amount we’re not going crazy moment of truth I am doing a Tic Tac at the same time so what I’m doing is basically using half of this bowl of cheese right here and I’m just slow SL mixing it in
Because we kind of layered it from top to bottom so like this half will stay for the actual bake and then the other one will put in and this is really my favorite I don’t know if I maybe once I’ve used mozzarella but I’m telling you like oh my gosh like

I love that you have the measuring spoons but in the future you want to level it off, not have the spoons overflowing! For sauces & roux & all desserts you want to measure with spoons, not your heart lol, at least the 1st couple times making a dish so that way you have an idea of what it should look like & taste like at each step!! TASTE YOUR FOOD AS YOU GO!! Remember you can always add more spices or cheese or any ingredient but you cannot take it out once it’s in!! You’ve definitely improved so much in the last couple years!!👏 Cooking is so fun & rewarding especially when people enjoy the food!!

I think the recipe calls for a can of evaporated milk which come in specific amounts (6 or 12oz I think) and the carton that you used is 17 oz I think. It’s hard when a recipe comes off TikTok and doesn’t specify the amount. But that may have been what upset your stomach too. Evaporated milk is soooo rich!
