Ingredients
– Large shrimps (or prawns) peeled and deveined
– 4 pieces of butter
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic finely chopped/minced
– Salt and pepper for seasoning
– ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
– Juice of 1 lemon
– 1 tablespoon water (if needed)
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Cut garlic into small pieces. Cut Parsley. Season prawns with salt and pepper. Make sure they are cleaned. Cut butter into pieces. These are the main ingredients we require. Melt butter in a pan, add olive oil. Saute finely minced garlic until fragrant without browning. Add shrimp, and red chilli flakes.

Stir to coat evenly. Cook for 2-3 mins until bright reddish/pink. Flip and cook for another 2 mins until slightly pink. Add butter, and lemon juice. Cook until butter melts and shrimp is done. Put fresh parsley. You can add it once you remove the dish from heat. Remove from the heat.

Garnish with loads of fresh chopped parsley.
