Ingredient’s:
Small tortillas
500g white fish
Avocado
Cilantro
For the seasoning: ( use this blend or store bought)
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
Salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp sumac
For the salad:
Red cabbage
Garlic
Salt
Vinegar
Olive oil
For the dressing:
Mayo
Sriracha
Chipotle
1. Dry rub the fish and bake at 225C for 10-15 min or until the fish is done
2. Prepare the salad and sauce
3. Assemble tacos and enjoy😉
