    XXXtra & Caribbean are my personal faves, love the red, green and black in equal measure!

    The triple x has the best heat level but the green is the best flavor imo

    I like the XXX on eggs, but Green for tacos and such. I don’t eat tamales enough to have an opinion there

    Don’t sleep on the black one, tastes like a campfire and is great if you like a smoky flavor, wonderful in BBQ sauce.

    They are all good, but the Maya sauce is my favourite. It’s the perfect combination of flavour and heat.

    I don’t see it here and admittedly have only tried one of these three but if you were to expand the options to the rest of this line – the black hot sauce is impeccable!

    The Kutbil-Ik, as its the most flexible. The mild roast adds a bit of Maillard taste.

    I’ve only had the standard red/green, but I prefer the red. It’s interesting to me because in the past I’ve largely preferred green sauces when it comes to Mexican style hot sauce.

    This is my favorite hot sauce. Got it in Cancun, couldn’t find it anywhere so I had to order on Amazon. My favorite is the chile habanero red but the green one is also very good.

    Xxxxxtra if I’m feeling strong, green if I just want good spice but I’m not looking for a challenge. The reddish one is ok, but tomato-y, not sure if I’d get that again.
