This is my take on the well-known super easy Manwich sloppy joe sauce, yes this is a copycat recipe and it’s delish. A sloppy joe is a sandwich consisting of ground beef or pork, onions, tomato sauce or ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and other seasonings, served on a hamburger bun. The dish originated in the United States during the early 20th century.
Some people call this a “LOOSE MEAT SANDWICH” this recipe can be used on HOTDOGS, HAMBURGERS, CHILI BEANS, you name it. I DARE YOU TO TRY THIS SLOPPY JOE RECIPE RECIPE.

Welcome to raymax Hey youtube fam what’s up today we’re doing some homemade copycat man witch sloppy joe’s i’m telling you this is going to be a good recipe so don’t go nowhere you need to watch this video i’m telling you so this is what we’re going to do let’s get started the first

Thing we’re going to do is we’re going to brown up one pound of ground beef all right so that’s the first thing we want to do we just want to brown it up i am telling you you better not go nowhere you better watch this video you’re going to miss something real good

Now once our ground beef is browned up the next step we want to do is we want to drain out some of this here grease i got a pie pan here you know we all keep pie pans in the cabinets i keep my pie pans i don’t know about

Y’all all right so we want to drain the grease out and as you can see with that pie pan technique you don’t have no meat in your grease you feel me how many of y’all use a pie pan comment below so now i have a hunch can tomato sauce i’m using one can

Okay so the next thing i want to put in here i want to put in some ketchup now with the ketchup you can go with how much you like on this one i went with at least around about a half a cup now with all these seasonings you can judge as you go

But i’m just going to tell you what i’m thinking i put in okay so i got some dried chopped onions and i want to put in at least around about a good tablespoon of these here dried chopped onions then i have some kosher salt and i’m putting in at least um that’s

Going to be a teaspoon of kosher salt then i have some minced garlic you can use fresh garlic if you like i got the jar garlic so i’m going to use one tablespoon of this here minced garlic in the jar and the next ingredients i have some celery seed and

I put in at least one tablespoon of celery seeds it’s gonna help us out with that flavor then we got some chili powder chili powder you could put in at least round about a good tablespoon i’m sorry good teaspoon but like i said with all the ingredients you can judge personally yourself

So i’m putting in somebody to see a ground mustard and that’s about one teaspoon and then i have see here some of my homemade all-purpose seasoning and i’m just gonna add in at least around about a good tablespoon of that all right but here’s the thing you can add in other

Um all-purpose seasonings if you like so i also have a half chopped green pepper and this this is all i’m going to put in this here um sloppy joe so the next thing i want to do is mix everything up let it simmer on medium-high heat and

Then i just want the juices to evaporate and from that i want the sauce to thicken up and we’re ready to serve so let’s go ahead and get ready to serve up this hip plate Oh Go so You

  1. This was so delicious, I made 2 gallons of your sauce (and made your all-purpose seasoning on your website) and have canned it! Ready to go, week night supper in a minute! Thank you!

  2. Looks good my brotha! Think I'll hook that up tonite! Sloppy Joes are the BEST when u wake up hungry in the middle of the night and reheat on the STOVE! MMMMMM, old school homie! 🤣🤣🤣💯💯💯

  3. Hey thank you man runnin low on stuff to cook but had some beef this helped cause that canned stuff ain’t good but I made this it was good

  4. I just used this recipe as a guide to upcycle a stuffed bell pepper. 🙂 It came out great!! I also shared and subscribed!! <3

  5. I just use the manwich stuff along with 3 teaspoons of chilli powder (That's the magic ingredient) and onions.
Some of those spices i don't have or i would experiment more, but what i DO make is pretty impressive!

  6. I just made this up for a Western Idaho dish. Added a can of black beans and made up gluten free cornbread & put it all in the oven. OMGoogness!! A new twist. Thanks for sharing. Yours is the first one that popped up on YouTube.

  7. Not to sound like a snob, but I think you should throw out your jars of prechopped garlic, re-record this video and any others using real garlic, and try to forget any of it ever happened.

  8. Is this a rap channel, or a cooking channel? Could not hear you over the "music". But thanks for taking the time to make the vid.

  9. At least you use a good pan, but never buy ground beef from a grocery store, which you using now, you simple don't know what you eating.
All that fluid you call grease, is only 10 grease, the rest is water and other chemicals, hence why you never should buy meat from a grocery store, cause they add water and other shit, to make you think you buy 500gr ground beef, where the reality is you only buying 400gr ground beef, cause the added fluid is to make it heavier and make you pay more for the less you get, plus its not only water that's in there. Be careful people, store meat is half the time more toxic then 1 realize.
