Friend gave me some reapers. I threw one in a big pot of soup. Ate the whole thing of soup, pepper is leftover. Figured it may have diluted enough into the soup to be fine to eat. The heat was what I expected, fucking hot as hell but not total death, that passed with a bit of time. What I wasn’t expecting was the hours of horrible cramping and just internal pain I felt for the next several hours.
I don’t think I will try that again.

Who buys a pepper they’ve never heard of and just eats them blindly? Might as well go foraging for mushrooms and eat anything you find.
