Meatball egg cheese salt pepper ketchup (MECSPK) on homemade Kaiser roll


Kaiser roll recipe is from King Arthur. I subbed bread flour in lieu of AP flour. Meatballs are from NYT Cooking. Cheese is white pasteurized process.
