Yesterday I got a craving for fried chicken so I made a keto friendly recipe which I found online. Deep fried it for around 5 minutes in avocado oil and then it went into the oven for around 20 minutes. Came out really tasty!

    Ingredients:

    batter:

    – 3 eggs
    – 200ml of double/heavy cream

    coating:

    – gran padano cheese
    – almond flour
    – pork scratchings
    – garlic powder

    Seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and some more garlic powder (because I love garlic). Then it went through the egg and cream batter and coated with the other ingredients which were mixed together on a plate.
