This comes up a bit here and you’ll hear varying opinions. Personally I like it. I picked it up when the original was impossible to find and I’ve not cared to switch back. I have Melinda’s sriracha too and it’s good. I have her black truffle and her ghost pepper sauce on order too based on recommendations here. Looking forward to it.

It’s good. Kinda sweet, but still not as sweet as the new Hong Fuy. It’s not too spicy, but there’s a bit of heat there.

It took me a little time to get used to it, it’s a bit sweeter and less spicy than Huy Fong used to be, but now I’m pretty addicted and always eat it with my breakfast or stir fry.

This has replaced the OG sriracha in my household. Tried it during the drought and it’s way better than the new recipe.
