

Thanks for all the suggestions the other day. Ended up spg with some BBQ as a binder (didn’t have any mustard as some suggested). Indirect heat on the grill with some chips and pellets – ended up with a surprising amount of smoke flavor. Slathered about half of them in BBQ right at the end before putting it over flame for the last 10 minutes of so.
Next time would hold back a bit on the salt but overall happy with how they came together!
