Tri Tip on Italian Roll

Last night’s Santa Maria tri-tip from Costco on an Italian roll with onions and American cheese. Air fryer to warm it up and kinda (emphasis on the kinda) “grill” the onions in the Foodi air fryer for about 8 mins at 400.

Then I brought it into the living room to show it off to my girls…and promptly dropped half on the shag carpet. Face down. Thank god my body is already accustomed to investing dog hair.
