Wings cleaned, patted dry then coated in 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp Oregano, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch.

Air fried at 195 Celsius for 15 mins, flipped then in for another 12 mins. Then I upped the temp to 210 Celsius and let them cook for a final 3 mins.

Spicy as hell but so so good!

    You cooked wings in an air fryer for 27 minutes? How weren’t they cremated?
