
RAW VEGAN LUNCH IDEAS

SMOOTHIE:
3 bananas handful of blueberry
200g of cherry
half beetroot
2 dates
1 Tbsp of chia seeds. 1 Tsp of amla powder
SOUP:
Kelp noodles
Mushrooms marinate with:1 Tbsp of soya sauce, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 Tsp of coconut sugar, 1 clove of garlic, black pepper, Dehydrate 3 hours in 108 degrees Fahrenheit.
Broth: 250 ml water, half teaspoon of turmeric, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp of raw miso bit of galangal, half a chilli, 2 Tbsp of tahini.
Garnish with, Dehydrated mushrooms, bel pepper, coriander, spring onion and half of lime juice.
SALAD
1 Courgette 1/3 of pineapple. half of white onion 1 nori sheet black pepper
dressing: bit of water 5 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tsp of raw miso paste
