Chicken Caprese Cutlet from Cosmi’s Deli in the Italian Market in Philly.
Chicken Cutlet, Fresh Mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and Balsamic. I also add sauteed spinach, mushrooms and extra cooper sharp cheese.
It’s honestly the best sandwich I’ve ever had, and they are hands down my favorite non-cheeaesteak deli/sandwich place in the city, and also my vote for the best too.

That seeded roll looks wet, is that part of the deal?
