Went Friday and was disappointed. Brisket lacked flavor as if they forgot the salt, ribs did too and I thought they could be more tender, sausage was just ok. Only thing I enjoyed were the burnt ends, cabbage, and Mexican cornbread. Mac n cheese was decent, but felt like it was missing something. Went to Dayne’s craft the next day and the difference was like night and day if I had to compare. Anyway, hope you enjoyed it!

This isnt one of them but BBQ places are making their prices outrageous these days… place I went to have $9 for a quarter pound of sausage and their brisket was over $40 a lb…. Im sorry Im not paying that for BBQ especially some food truck nobody has heard of
