1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves fresh grated garlic or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Not really a fan of pork belly but still looks delicious. Steamed buns are next on my list of breads to make😋
