I am excited to share one of my favorite simple dinner ideas with you. This is such a simple and easy family meal idea. Another plus is that this is also a vegetarian dinner so for all the vegetarians out there this one is a winner for sure!
The simple dinner recipe in today’s video is an easy Stuffed Spinach and Ricotta Shells meal.
This dinner is packed full of spinach, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese and my kids and I both really enjoyed it.
This meal can also be frozen and eaten later which makes it ideal for easy meal prep or easy vegetarian meal prep. I love this dish whenever I’m in the mood for a meatless dinner idea.
I substituted a few things but here is a link that inspired this recipe down below.
I replaced the broccoli for 2 cups of spinach
I also substituted parsley flakes instead of basil.

Coming up in today’s Video welcome back to my channel my name is Mona before we get started I’m showing you all of the ingredients that I use to make this recipe today I’m making stuffed spinach and ricotta shells and I’m starting out by getting my water ready to cook my pasta
Once the water has come to a boil I’ll add the pasta and give everything a stir so the pasta doesn’t stick Together then I’m going to let the pasta cook according to the instructions on the box next I’m going to going to work on the stuffing I’ll be adding everything to a large bowl I’m going to add ricotta spinach egg whites mozzarella cheese pepper parsley flakes as well as some garlic Salt Then I’m going to mix everything until all the ingredients are well Blended I’m going to set this aside while I prep the Pasta once the pasta is done cooking I’m going to strain it and rinse with cold Water and now it’s time to assemble the dish I’ll start by in a baking pan with some cooking spray then I’ll pour in some sauce and spread it evenly over the bottom of the Pan next I’m going to stuff my pasta and what I like to do is gently open the sh gels and add the stuffing making sure everything is neatly tucked In I’m adding my stuffed shells to my baking Pan Then I’m going to drizzle them with sauce cover with foil and bake at 375 for 25 Minutes Once they’re out of the oven I’ll sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese and place them back in the oven until the cheese has Melted Here they are right out of the oven I really like this dish because it looks so fancy but it’s super simple and easy to Make that’s going to be all for today’s video I hope you guys are enjoying watching this content as much as I am enjoying creating it and I’ll see you on the next one Bye
