Welcome back to my channel today I’m gonna teach you guys how to make dinner rolls you could either um well there’s recipe you can make dinner rolls croissants or even pretzels so let’s go ahead and get started but I’d go ahead and show you the ingredients so you’re gonna need

Flour warm water salt sugar butter eggs and yeast so first you’re gonna pour your 1 in 1/4 cup of water in your mixer you’re gonna add your yeast this is the one I use you’re gonna need three tablespoons of butter and three you’re gonna need one teaspoon

Of salt one teaspoon salt you need 1/3 cups of sugar in there this recipe calls for four and a half cups of flour you can use any flour really but for some reason I feel like if I use bread flour big torn out softer so here’s one cup [Applause] two three

Or your half so once you have all your ingredients in there you go ahead and mix put your mixture on you’re gonna may say for about five minutes on medium speed low medium okay so this has been mixing for about five minutes okay so you all know your

Dough is ready wanting no longer sticks this is what it looks like if it doesn’t stick to you it’s ready see that oh okay so I’m gonna go ahead and put on my counter your bowl cover it up let it sit in the warm place okay Tony guys before I name in Las

Minutes or so until they have doubled its size meanwhile if you want halfway through you can start your oven preheat your oven at 350 degrees okay now for the pretzels just grab a little piece press and roll kind of stretch it out you’re just gonna make a rope pretty much ignore your

Bathroom Oh watch your shape cross it tuck it in bring it over press a little bit practice makes perfect obviously these aren’t perfect but you guys could keep practicing make a row so you do make your rope you can make it my smell c1s biggest ones and again once you have all

Your shades let them rest until they double size horseshoe cross tuck it in bring it up see okay so as you can see these have doubled its size so they are ready to go in the oven 350 degrees guys for about 14 minutes just keep checking on them it

    1 1/4 cups of warm water
    1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup of sugar
    1 teaspoon of salt
    4 1/2 cups of flour
    Combine all ingredients in mixer, mix on low speed for about 5 minutes until dough no longer sticks to fingers.. Remove dough from bowl and knead a few times to remove any air bubbles. Cover dough with a kitchen towel and put in a warm place, let it rest for 1 to 2 hours or until dough has doubled its size. Once doubled, shape your dough into desired shape( rolls, croissants or pretzels) then let them rest for another 45 minutes or until they have doubled its size. Preheat oven to 350°F
